Booking Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

We prioritize clear communication and professionalism in our policy to ensure your journey with us is as smooth as possible. 

A wedding coordinator will be your direct contact during the planning stages leading up to your wedding day. We encourage direct communication with the bride. If you are communication on behalf of the bride, please indicate your relationship to the bride.

Bridal booking contracts are typically prepared in the bride’s legal name, and sent to their email address. However, bridal booking contracts can be prepared for the financially responsible party’s name, or event planner.  

We recommend being ready to reserve your wedding date at the time of initial inquiry as we do book up quickly. We do not hold wedding dates. Reservations are based off first come, first serve basics. Our wedding coordinators will need to know all the specific services you want to schedule for your wedding day, and the service address in order to offer you an accurate quote.

RESERVING YOUR WEDDING DATE

 Once you are ready to reserve your wedding beauty services, please ask the wedding coordinator for the bridal booking contract, and retainer invoice to be sent to you.  Once the wedding coordinator has received a completed contract, and secured retainer payment. The wedding coordinator will  confirm your reservation with Northern Arizona Glam Squad LLC via email.  Your reservation will be added to the GLAM SQUAD wedding calendar, tentative timeline created, hair stylist(s), and makeup artist(s) reserved for your wedding day.

The retainer payment is 50% of the grand total. The retainer payment will be deducted from the grand total. The remaining 50% balance will be due in a final invoice one week prior to the wedding date.  

BRIDAL TRIAL 

 A bridal trial is not a requirement, but is highly recommended. If you did not include a bridal trial in your contract,  you may schedule one at a later date. Please be mindful,  our wedding salon policy requires a 48 hour cancellation notice, or to reschedule your bridal trial appointment. Notifications after 48 hours will be billed 50% of the service appointment. No shows, or no notice will be billed 100% of the bridal trial appointment. 

We recommend to our brides to schedule their bridal trial within 2 months prior to the wedding date. If you are interested in scheduling a bridal trial, please ask your wedding coordinator to arrange. 

SERVICE MINIMUM

All wedding beauty services must meet a $370 minimum for on-site,contracted, beauty services. Bridal trials are not applicable to the service minimum. If you are unable to meet the service minimum, you may request to schedule a salon appointment for bridal services. Please be mindful, our wedding salon policy requires a 48 hour cancellation notice. Notification to cancel your appointment  after 48 hours will be billed at 50% of the bridal service appointment. No shows, or no notice will be billed at 100% of the bridal service appointment. 

 If you prefer to schedule your wedding party services at our wedding salon, please inform the wedding coordinator. We require a completed bridal booking contract, and retainer payment to reserve, and schedule your salon appointments. The final payment will be due one week prior to the wedding date. Please ask your wedding coordinator for a quote, and request a reservation.

CHANGES 

Contracted beauty services can be change prior to 30 days before the wedding date. The wedding coordinator can reduce original contracted services. Be aware, this may alter the number of stylists assigned to your wedding. A new beauty time will be created, and submitted to you.

Adding services, the wedding coordinator will need to determine if the day’s wedding schedule will allow. Northern Arizona Glam Squad schedules more than one wedding in a day. It is recommended, all beauty services needed, should be, included within your bridal booking contract to guarantee service.

Final invoice will be adjusted to reflect your service changes, and a new breakdown of costs will be submitted to you via email. 

 After 30 days, from the wedding date, the agreed contracted final balance stands as is. The bride has the option to replace the guest service with another guest to fill the contracted service(s), or notify the wedding coordinator of contracted beauty service(s) will not be replaced. Brides will be responsible for notifying the wedding coordinator of final changes. 

LARGE WEDDING PARTIES

The maximum number of beauty services Northern Arizona Glam Squad is able to service on the wedding day is solely dependent on the flexibility of the wedding day timeline. We are able to add additional artists depending on the day’s wedding schedule. Please speak with your wedding coordinator. 

We require all guest services a minimum of 45 minutes per service. The bride, or brides, a minimum of 1 hour per service.

Please note additional time may be essential,  if hair styles are complex, adding hair extensions, or clients have extra long or thick hair. The wedding coordinator will inform you of any necessary time frame changes. 

ADDITIONAL ARTIST

For 5 or more contracted beauty services an additional stylist will be scheduled at a fee of $80. If essential, the wedding coordinator may request additional artists if needed. The bridal client will be notified in advance, and the cost of any additional artist will be added to the final invoice. 

RATES AND PAYMENTS

 Rates are subject to change at any time. Only contractual rates are guaranteed unless there is a change in services up to 30 days prior to the wedding date. Final 50% remaining balance is due one week prior to the wedding date. Final balance due date is noted on the bridal booking contract.

If final payment is not received by contracted due date, the wedding coordinator will contact you to notify you of tentative cancelation of wedding day beauty services. Then proceed with cancelation of wedding day beauty services if not paid in full immediately.

The final balance for services must be submitted in one payment via a Square invoice link created by Northern Arizona Glam Squad LLC. The wedding coordinator will send final invoice to the client who signed the bridal booking contract via email. You are welcome to request the final invoice in advance. We typically send final invoice closer to the wedding date.  We do not accept personal checks for final payment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel your bridal booking contract up to 30 days prior to your wedding date. Retainer payment is non-refundable or non-transferrable. Cancellation of wedding, or cancellation of services made 30 days or less from wedding date will be charged 100% of the final contracted balance.

In the event that Northern Arizona Glam Squad is unable to perform contracted services for any appropriate reason, including, but not limited to illness, or accidents. Northern Arizona Glam Squad will make every effort to provide a replacement artist[s). If accommodates cannot be fulfilled a wedding coordinator will be in contact regarding a refund of contracted services. 

ADDITIONAL FEES

Travel fee is based off the round trip service location. Please inquire with a wedding coordinator to determine your specific travel fee charge. Depending on driving distance, we may require overnight accomodations.

Early morning fee is based off the start time of the beauty services to ensure a desired complete time of beauty services. Please inquire with the wedding coordinator to determine if this is necessary for your wedding day beauty service timeline.
