Below is a brief overview of some important policies to know prior to booking with Arizona Glam Squad Management LLC.
RESERVING YOUR WEDDING DATE
At the time of the inquiry, we kindly ask that all communicate be directly with the bride, if possible. If you are inquiring on behalf of the bride, please indicate your relationship to the bride. We do not want to assume we are speaking with the bride when we are actually speaking to an acquaintance. Bridal booking contracts are typically written up in the bride’s legal name and email address; however, we can send them to event planners and the financially responsible party.
We recommend being ready to reserve the wedding date at the time of initial inquiry as we do book up quickly we do not hold wedding dates. Our bridal teams are large enough that we can reserve more than one wedding in a day. Reservations are based off first come first serve basics. Reservation are held for brides who have completed the bridal booking contract, and paid their retainer invoice. A confirmation email will be sent to the bride or event planner to confirm the reservation with Arizona Glam Squad Management LLC.
A 50% paid retainer payment plus a signed bridal booking contract is required at the time of booking to reserve your wedding date. The retainer will be deducted from the final balance on the final invoice.
BRIDAL TRIAL
Bridal trials are exclusive to Northern Arizona Glam Squad brides and your wedding date must be reserved prior to scheduling a bridal trial. Bridal trials are separate from wedding day services, therefore they are not included in the wedding day rate and not applicable to the service minimum.
A bridal trial is not required but highly recommended. If you would like to do a bridal trial. We recommend scheduling your trial with a wedding coordinator. Northern Arizona Glam Squad has a 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. Please contact us 48 hours before your scheduled trial appointment of any changes. Appointment changes after 48 hours will be billed 50% of the scheduled service appointment. No show or no notice will be billed 100% of the bridal trial service appointment. We recommend to brides to schedule trial within 2 months prior to your wedding date.
SERVICE MINIMUM
All on-site wedding beauty services must meet a $350 minimum in services. Bridal trials are not applicable to the service minimum. If you are unable to meet the service minimum. The bride will be responsible for covering the balance or filling in the spot of the canceled service. We operate a full service hair salon, so to accommodate on-site wedding services. A service minimum is required. The maximum amount of people Northern Arizona Glam Squad is able to service on the wedding day is solely dependent on the flexibility of the wedding day timeline. We require all bridal party members a minimum of 40 minutes per service, and the bride a minimum of 1 hour per service. More time may need to be added based off of how elaborate the requested style is, hair length/thickness and if we are adding hair extensions.
ADDITONAL ARTIST
For 5 or more services contracted an additional stylist will be scheduled at a fee of $80. In additional, you may request an additional stylist for under 5 services through your wedding coordinator. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once confirmed the $80 fee will be added to your final balance. The assigned artist may request an additional stylist if applicable. You will be notified in advance, and billed.
RATES AND PAYMENTS
Desired hairstyle, hair length, or hair thickness will not result in a change of pricing. Rates are subject to change at any time. Only contractual rates are guaranteed. Final 50% remaining balance are due no later than 7 days prior to the wedding. If the balance is not covered by the due date, the bridal booking contract will be canceled. The remaining balance for services must be submitted in one payment via a square invoice link that Arizona Glam Squad Management LLC will send to the bride, event planner, or the financially responsible party directly through email.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your bridal booking contract up to 30 days prior to your wedding date. Retainer payment is non-refundable or non-transferrable. Cancellation of wedding, or cancellation of services made 30 days or less from wedding date will be charged 100% of the final balance. Contracted services can be transferred to another person on the wedding day, or cancelled entirely. In the event that Northern Arizona Glam Squad is unable to perform contracted services for any appropriate reason, including, but not limited to illness, or accidents. Northern Arizona Glam Squad will make every effort to provide a replacement artist[s}. If accommodates cannot be fulfilled a wedding coordinator will be in contact regarding a refund of contracted services.
TRAVEL
Travel fee is based off round trip service location. Some on-site destinations more than 2 hours of driving time may require hotel accommodations the nights prior, and may also include additional nights in hotels, flight, and vehicle accommodation. Complete time, and service location all determine if additional accommodate will be necessary. Travel fee will be calculated based upon location at the time of inquiry.
