How does the reservation process work?
At the initial inquiry, one of our wedding coordinators will first need to know your wedding date, so we can check our availability.
After we confirm your date is available then we will ask what specific beauty services are needed, and service location.Then we can tailor a quote for your wedding date
If your beauty services need to be completed early in the day, then you may be subject to a early start time fee. Please inform the wedding coordinator to determine if any additional early morning fee will be required for your bridal booking contract. The wedding coordinator will inform you of this additional cost.
After you review the final quote, and are ready to start the reservation process. Please request the bridal booking contract, and retainer payment. The retainer payment is 50% of the grand total. The remaining 50% final balance will be due one week prior to the wedding date.
Once the wedding coordinator receives the completed contract, and secured retainer invoice. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your reservation for wedding day beauty services.
The bridal booking contract, and retainer invoice is valid for 7 days after we email them to you. If they are not returned fulfilled a reservation will not be held. We do not hold wedding dates
Do I need a bridal trial?
A bridal trial is highly recommended, but not required. Bridal trials allow the bride to work closely with the assigned hair and makeup artist prior to the wedding date to preview their bridal hair and makeup look.
This give both parties an opportunity to be on the same page without rushing, make any final adjustments, or offer suggestions to improve the final outcome for best results.
Brides get excited at this stage seeing their ideas come to life before the big day. Artists get excited to see their hard work come to life, and anticipation of creating a more perfected look on the day of the wedding.

Does the makeup include false eyelashes?
All makeup application come with or without lashes. We offer demi wispy lashes, babies lashes, trio lashes, or individual lashes.
At an additional cost you can upgrade to MAC lashes. Please ask your makeup artist at the time of services about this option. Payment will be taken at time of service.
what is airbrush makeup?
Airbrush makeup is a foundation that is applied with a airbrush gun. The coverage is light feeling, and can be buildable to full coverage.
Airbrush makeup is best used for a natural looking finishes. It is not recommended for soft glam or high glam finish since traditional foundations are a better foundation to use for that style of makeup.
Airbrush makeup is best on hot, summer days. We recommend airbrush makeup to anyone desiring a natural, light finish. Airbrush looks best on facial waxed, hydrated skin.
We do not recommend airbrush makeup to anyone with textured, mature, dehydrated, or sunburn skin.
Airbrush makeup creates a flawless finish lasting all day. It photographs beautifully for high definition photography.
Do you work with clip in Hair extensions?
Yes we do! Many brides like to enhance their bridal hair with clip-in hair extensions. Hair extensions can help make your hair vision come to life, and make your professional photos perfections.
If you are new to hair extensions we recommend you color match the clip in hair to the ends of your natural hair color. It is also important to purchase only 100% Remy human hair. Mix blended hair maybe heat resistant, or tangles easily.
If you have color treated hair then match the extensions to your final hair color. Your hairstylist can be a big help in matching the color finish for both.
On your wedding day, the clip-in hair extensions should arrive with you clean, and air dry. Do not flat iron the hair.
If any guest services include clip-in hair extension, please ask them to prep their extensions as well.
Please inform the wedding coordinator of how many services will include clip-in hair extensions since the time frame may need to be adjusted.
In addition, we offer rental of clip-in hair extensions. Please inquiry with the wedding coordinator, if interested.

Yes. We customize the quote to your beauty service needs. Please inform the wedding coordinator of all the specific beauty services you would like to contract for your wedding date, along with the services address. The wedding coordinator will send you a tailored quote for your wedding day.
You can request service add-ons for your wedding date; however, the wedding coordinator will first check to see if additional services are possible. The GLAM SQUAD schedules several weddings in a day, so as long as the additional requested beauty services do not interfere with another wedding party’s timeline we will accommodate your request. It is best practice to schedule everyone at the initial reservation step.
Your final invoice will be adjusted, and a new detailed services, and cost breakdown will be submitted to you via email.
For day of beauty service requests, we will first check with the bride to see if she will allow additional add-ons since this may affect the beauty service complete time. If the bride approves the service request, then the wedding coordinator or lead stylist will take direct payment for services electronically prior to the start of the add-on beauty service.
Traditional makeup is high definition cream foundations. We recommend traditional makeup for anyone with textured skin, mature skin, or makeup glam looks.

Yes we do. Sunrise wedding can be tricky since beauty services are scheduled based off when the sun rises. Getting glam, dressed, and leaving on time to get you (everybody) to your destination point before the sun rises takes impeccable timing. The beauty timeline can shift from the original agreed beauty start time.
We make every effort in these situations to be flexible, but it may come at an additional cost, and accommodation provided by you.
Our goal is to first keep our staff safe. Out of harms way, so our artists can remain focus on doing their best job on location.
Any requested changes made of beauty timeline will need to be discussed with a wedding coordinator, and any additional compensation must be paid prior to any timeline changes.
